Here’s what you can expect over the next few months as we build a strong foundation and gently guide your body back into balance. Every phase builds on the last, so progress may feel gradual—but the results are lasting.

We begin with daily habits—nutrient-dense meals, proper hydration, light movement, and rest. This helps stabilize your energy, blood sugar, and inflammation while laying the groundwork for deeper healing.

Before we detox anything, we support the body’s natural “plumbing system”—the liver, kidneys, lymph, and bowels. This ensures toxins move out instead of getting stuck or recirculated.

📌 This roadmap is flexible and will be adapted based on any functional medicine labs we complete, as well as your current symptoms and progress over time. Your protocol is always personalized to reflect your unique needs, test results, and how your body is responding.
📌 In integrative health, there’s a guiding principle: for every year you've felt unwell, it may take about one month of dedicated support to fully detox and restore balance. For example, if you’ve been struggling with symptoms for 6 years, we might expect around 6 months of focused care. That said, tremendous progress can be made in just 3 months (12 weeks)—and for many, that’s enough to reset energy levels, reduce inflammation, clear toxins, and jumpstart true healing.
